Helium Cadmium (HeCd) lasers are the ideal wavelength of choice for Raman and Photoluminescence (PL) excitation at 325nm and 442nm. Kimmon Koha Co., Ltd build, produce, assemble, and process almost everything for their HeCd lasers in-house, allowing them to control the whole manufacturing process.

One of the unique capabilities of the production system is the ability to process raw quartz from their own quartz mines and produce HeCd laser tubes in-house. These capabilities translate into higher quality products for customers.

Another aspect of the Kimmon manufacturing system is the unparalleled feature of gathering data on each laser system. Over 500 pieces of data are gathered on each laser shipped. This data collection enables the prevention of potential problems with each laser prior to shipment.
